Complete top-to-bottom cleaning of your entire facility including all training areas.
Monthly Contracts
4-month term, one clean per month. Priority scheduling included, and every visit works out cheaper than a one-off clean.

Who We Are
ClearMat was founded by an active MMA competitor who knew first-hand that dirty mats were a problem nobody was properly solving. After years of training in gyms across the North East, we saw the gap and built the solution.
We're not a generic cleaning company that occasionally visits gyms. Combat sports hygiene is all we do. We understand the environments, the surfaces, the risks — and we know what proper standards look like.
Based in Darlington, we serve MMA, BJJ, boxing and martial arts gyms across the North East. If your fighters train there, we'll make it fight ready.
Good to Know
No. We use pH-neutral products that are safe for all mat types — tatami, roll-out, jigsaw and vinyl. Nothing harsh, corrosive or bleaching that could break down the surface or shorten the life of your mats.
Mats are typically dry and ready to train on within 30–60 minutes of finishing, depending on ventilation. We schedule around your sessions so there's no impact on your classes.
Yes. We're fully mobile and work evenings and weekends, fitting the clean around your training timetable so your mat time is never disrupted.
Professional, pH-neutral disinfectants proven against the bacteria and fungi common in combat sports gyms. They're tough on staph, ringworm and odour, but gentle on your mats and safe for your members.
